MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
|
| Golf Members are entitled to the use of the pool and club
house amenities. Golf members do not pay greens fees but do pay
for carts. Club storage is available through the pro shop. We have
a GHIN system available in the pro shop to keep member handicaps.
Lockers are available to members only. Each month we list golf
tournaments and social events on the back of the newsletter
which is sent with your monthly statement. Full voting memberships include voting and charge privileges. Family golf memberships include spouse and or children 8-18. Junior Golf Memberships are for children ages 8-18. Full time students maintain membership privileges until age 21! Social members are entitled to use of the pool and clubhouse facilities. Winter Memberships will cover a six month period, Jan.1,-- April 30, and Nov. and Dec. of each year. Corporate memberships are also available!

| Full Voting membership has a one time, initiation fee of
$428.00. (non-refundable, includes taxes). Anyone
with an existing ownership or membership certificate will pay $107.00 Winter Members must reside primarily outside of Dade County and there is no initiation fee. Active Military will receive a refund of their initiation fee if transferred from this area within one year To Join - An Application has to be submitted to Redland Golf and Country Club with the initiation fee and one-month dues. All new applications must be signed by a sponsoring member. Membership will start upon approval by our Board of Directors at the next scheduled Board meeting. Dues are billed in advance and may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. The membership is continuous and notice must be given in prior to cancelation.
